What's Included?
We can visit your home to simulate activity by doing things like turning the lights on and off, parking a car in the driveway, gathering mail, tending the garden and watering plants. Each visit will be tailored to your specific needs.
The longer and more often we are in your home, the more natural things appear and the more deterrence of crime we can provide. Please keep this in mind when selecting a service.
Ad Hoc Security Checks
Mix and match visit frequency, time of day and length to mimic the normal comings and goings of your home as much as possible with this service.

Live-In Service
$100/night
With our Live-In House Sitting Service, a sitter resides in your home while you are away. Your sitter spends time during the day and stays overnight in your home with the flexibility to go about their usual day to day activities. With this option, your house is their home base for the length of your trip. You set original arrival and final departure dates and times, based on your needs.

Discounts Automatically Applied
A 5% discount is applied to House Sitting Services occurring on 7+ consecutive days.
A 10% discount is applied to House Sitting Services occurring on 30+ consecutive days.
Please Note:
Live-In Visits made on Federal holidays cost an additional $20/visit.
Ad Hoc Visits made on Federal holidays cost an additional $10/visit.
Consultation is required before 1st visit.
Meet & Greets with your caregiver can be scheduled for $20/visit and are limited to 30 minutes.
