We accept credit card payments via our client portal, Zelle payments to Sherman Industries at jenna@passionatelypets.com or checks made out to Passionately Pets mailed to 1 East Bellefonte Avenue, Alexandria, VA 22301.
Hours of Operation
Visits can be scheduled to occur as needed between 6am-10pm daily. While we have support in place during those hours for our Field Staff, our Care Concierge Team will only respond to other communications received during business hours.
Business Hours are Monday – Friday: 9am-5pm
Communications received outside of Business Hours will be responded to the following business day.
