PRE-SERVICE CONSULTATION

All new clients must have an initial in home consultation with Passionately Pets. This gives you, the pet sitter, and your pet(s) a chance to meet and arrange the services you require to ensure proper care. A service contract will be reviewed and completed at this time, along with Pet profile(s) and a Veterinary release form. Please be prepared to provide the sitter with 2 sets of keys at this time. (One is to be held in the office just in case of an accidental lock out). All keys are coded for security.

We ask that you call or email to schedule your appointment at least 48 hours prior to the interview.

A one time registration fee of $20 will be charged for the in-home pre-service interview. This fee is due at the time of the interview and is non-refundable.
